Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel's location is incredible, offering a fantastic USC decorations experience and convenience for those needing to be close to USC. The rooms were spotless, decorated beautifully, making the stay comfortable, despite the high cost per night. Dining choices were diverse and high-quality, with unique options that delighted the experience. The service, from check-in to room assistance, was accommodating and friendly, with standout service at McKay's. The facilities were convenient, clean, and had everything needed for a relaxing stay.
Upon arrival, the hotel room felt shabby and dated with odd decor, and the lack of fresh and clean ambiance was disappointing. The beds and pillows were lumpy, and the linens were not crisp, but rather very wrinkled. Additionally, the bathtub had permanent stains and left-over decals, which were unappetizing. On the bright side, the double beds were comfortable and clean, offering a quiet stay. The family room was well-stocked with amenities, although it was a bit tight for space. The room service provided poor quality food, a surprising letdown compared to other Radisson establishments.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, ideally located near the university and downtown LA. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but the dining options were limited. The service was friendly and accommodating, while the location was perfect for my needs.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. Although the rooms were of good size and conveniently had a sliding door to the pool, the cleanliness was lacking. However, the service, especially from Diana Arevalo, was wonderful and very helpful. The location was accessible to key places, but it was not perfect and quite far from most attractions. The dining options were limited and overpriced, with an added mandatory gratuity, yet the facilities were decent overall.
